A community coalition is a group of individuals representing many organizations, who agree to work together to achieve a common goal. For us, Allendale County HEALing Partners has come together to support your health and wellness goals, working together in community through collective impact.

Some of our active projects include Community Listening Sessions, revitalizing our local Farmers Markets, Education and Outreach for our Youth in healthy eating and active living and creating a Resource Hub for open access to all the many programs and services created to support your health goals.
